Ein echter Hochkaräter kommt aus Schottland zu uns. Seine persönliche Bestenliste identifiziert ihn als einen der weltbesten Ultraläufer. 100 km in knapp über 7 Stunden, 48 Stunden mit mehr als 340 km, 6 Tage über 850 km, Spartathlon und Badwater gefinished, die 7 Tage von Athen gewonnen, die Liste liesse sich leicht weiterführen. Im 6-Tage-Lauf hält er den Schottischen Rekord ebenso, wie über 48 Stunden Indoor.
Für Köln hat er sich mit einem Ziel noch nicht festgelegt, für Athen 2010 ist er sich aber sicher, dass er die 1.000 Meilen finishen will.
